When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Please allow 5-10 days for processing and handling.

How will my order be shipped?
We offer the following shipping options: USPS and UPS. We also offer FedEx for international orders. When you place your order, you will have the option to select the shipping carrier and speed. What is my order status?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Do you ship internationally? Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

What happens if my order is returned?
If UPS or USPS returns your order to us because the address is undeliverable or there was an error in the address when it was entered on krink.com, we will contact you for further instruction.

My package never arrived! Tracking says my package was delivered but I can’t find it.
Contact the mail service provider you selected at checkout, they are responsible for the delivery of your package. You can submit a claim for missing mail, or call customer service to get the details of your package and delivery.

Why is shipping so expensive?
We do not set shipping rates, these are calculated by the carrier at checkout. We charge only the carrier's cost to deliver any packages.
